SHIPPING

All items have a 2-3 week processing time, with custom and personalized name orders landing towards the end of that time frame. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada via regular parcel with Canada Post tracking. If you live within the GTA, you also have the option of free local pickup. Orders are packaged safely using bubble mailers or boxes to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification in your email.

If you are outside of the GTA, you may upgrade your shipping to Priority which will cut the transit time to just 1-3 days within Canada. Please email happilywithlove@gmail.com to arrange before purchasing as each province varies.

Happily With Love offers international shipping. Orders are sent using the most economical shipping method at the time and can take up to 3 weeks depending on where you are in the world.

Returns

I hope you'll never have to make one of these however, I do understand things happen between that click of a button and the item arriving on your doorstep. Simply send me an email, ship the item back, and I'll refund your payment method upon inspection of the product. I do not cover the return shipping fees. If a product happens to arrive damaged, just send over a quick photo of the product showing the damage and I will happily ship a new one out free of charge. All custom orders are final sale with no exchange or refund policy. 

POLICIES

Happily With Love takes no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or special occasion. Items can get held up at the border with no way of me pushing it along.
